Attorney Erica Jackson
Erica grew up in North Carolina where she attended North Carolina State University earning a degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish and graduating with honors. She later attended Charlotte School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar, served as the Senior Student Editor of the Access to Justice law Journal, and received the Pro Bono Recognition Award.

In her 10 years as an attorney, Erica has been honored by the American Society of Legal Advocates with the inclusion in the Top 40 Family Lawyers Under 40 in North Carolina. She was also recognized by Business North Carolina Magazine’s Legal Elite for her work in family law. Erica has been featured as a speaker on television show Triad Today and has taught several continuing legal education classes for the National Business Institute. When she is not advocating for her clients, Erica enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with her husband, two daughters and their dog.

Victoria is a family law attorney who focuses her practice on child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, separation agreements, pre-marital agreements, and divorce.

A Maryland native, Victoria is a long-time lover of football, theater, and motorsports. Although born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Victoria proudly calls North Carolina her home. Prior to attending law school, Victoria attended High Point University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. After college, Victoria continued to reside in North Carolina. She graduated from Elon University School of Law and presently lives in the Piedmont Triad area. During her time in Law School, she was a member of the Federalist Society, member of Elon Law’s Phi Alpha Delta Chapter, and Chair of the Honor Council. She was with a small law firm in Lexington, North Carolina before joining Jackson Legal in June of 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the range, listening to music, and spending time with her rescue, Spooky.
